We are just finishing our holiday in Kaprun and we wanted to say thank you for the fantastic time our children have had. All instructors and staff have an amazing enthusiasm for their work, or at least appear to! It really is inspiring. The children loved every minuet of it and have moved on so quickly. My son was a relative novice when he started with only dry ski slope experience. He finished the week skiing on the glacier and down the full length of the Maisgogel. My daughter had been on skis once before and ended up being self sufficient enough at the age of 4 to take herself up the Lechnerburg and ski down. Though I'm sure all instructors are similar, our experience has mainly been with Niki and Thomas. We are really overcome with their confidence, energy and enthusiasm. We felt completely safe leaving our children with them and in fact our children are very sorry to leave them!

We (family Brouwers) think that Instructor Stefan und Shop Employee Eveline have done their job very good !! We were in Kaprun last week!
Our son Mats had snowboard lessons from Stefan and had a really great time with him. So much that he only wanted to go with us the last day.
Eveline is very friendly and kind. She helps you with everything in a correct way!

Just wanted to let you know that we loved our week in Kaprun and all aspects were great.
The staff at SkiDome were very helpful and enthusiastic, from front desk to rentals to cafe. The lady in the SkiLounge who organised ski lessons was very kind too.
All the instructors were fun - my daughter was in Florian's group and Oliver who missed 3 days due to illness enjoyed his 3 lessons with Niki and Joyce.
On Friday last week, we really liked the walk through the village with candles before ski school presentation at the bar near Maizkogel - very memorable!
Monika who organizes ski instructors / Bobo dance also very nice.
We are happy to have the photos from ski school too.
Nothing to improve - you guys are doing a great job!

Feed back brief from Risedale Sports & Community College
1.Our instructors were Colin and Beatrix and we also had Bruno for 3 days.
2.7th April to 13th April
3.We have now had Colin for the past 2 years giving instruction to our students and staff alike, both Colin and Beatrix have been professional and very encouraging to all involved. We have booked again for next year and would be extremely pleased if we could have both instructors again.
4.We have no complaints and are very happy with the way thing have been run again this year. It was perfect!
5. I cant think of any NEW ideas but in my opinion how can you improve in excellence!
Thanks again to both Colin and Beatrix for a wonderful holiday and I look forward to seeing them next year,

Hello,
Our daughter had lessons from Sylvia. She had a great time! We ourselfs had a private less from Tim from New Zealand. He learnt me a lot. Just by looking at my skiing and then telling me what to do different. Our daughter had lessons from 11 – 13 of March and we had a privat lesson on 12 March. When we come back next year we for sure come back to the Ski Dome.

My instructor was Stathish. He teached me skiing for four days, from Monday 27th February till Thursday 1st March. I had lessons before, but I was very scared.
Stathish helped me a lot. I have no ideas what helps me more. He learned us a lot of different things for balans, safety, control etc. I have only compliments to him. So keep going this way Stathish.

The instructor was Richard. The lessons were on 13th/15th February 2012. We thought Richard was a very good instructor he made the people in the group have fun and his teaching skills were very good.Richard created a very good atmosphere. We don't have any ideas to improve.We like the idea of three days of lessons and mornings only as we do not lessons all day. Keep up the good work,

I loved my time in Kaprun!!! everyone was so nice and helpful, my instructor was really patient and helped me progress in my snowboarding! I am 100% coming back again and using ski dome...hopefully by then i can have intermediate lessons:)

Myself wife and two children used ski-dome kaprun from the 14.1.12- 21.1.12.
My wife and i had private lessons from Colin and found him very knowledgeable and patient Our eldest daughter Annie had lesson from Thomas and Amy she thoughly enjoyed herself and improved on her skiing Our yougest daughter Lizzie who has allergies was looked after by Rebecca and Viv she also really enjoyed herseself and it was nice to know she was in safe hands i would recommend yourt company to other kind regards Richard Cotterill

South Hunsley School and Sixth Form College ski trip Zell am See – 26/12/11 - 03/01/12
The rentals shop provided a very efficient service and any issues with the equipment were resolved without complications.
I think that this was one of the best ski schools I have ever worked with and from start to finish I feel that the trip was a complete success.
The ski instructors kept us informed at all times where they were going to be and the times and places of meeting points. We met with the instructors every morning to discuss ski group changes some of the students wanted to go up want to go down etc.
They supervised their groups at lunch time as per contract and this is something that is very often ignored by other ski schools. Each evening we met to discuss ski areas for the next day. The Instructors were excellent teachers in their own right, listening to the students and changing their teaching as a result. i.e top group ski guiding rather than all instruction.
All of the instructors had very good relationships’ with both students and teaching staff. Their knowledge of the mountain was good and as a result all students that skied made excellent progress. Communication lines were always open.
The instructors were keen for the staff to join in with them and were open to suggestions, for example using less technical language for the beginners group, they made learning fun for all of our groups.
There is always the potential to have problems in student groupings especially with the range of abilities that we take on our trips but all the instructors were flexible with movement within the groupings and so therefore our students were happy.
Thank you so very much for helping me to provide my students with an excellent ski experience that I am sure they will remember for a long time to come.

Dear Eveline, Monica and everyone else,
Thank you once again for a fantastic holiday. We such a good time we're going to come back for two weeks next Christmas! Both boys thoroughly enjoyed skischool and we're amazed how much Casper came on with Silvia and ViVi this year. My lesson wth Tim was also very good.He is a super teachter and I learnt loads.
As always, we were so impressed with how professional, enthuasiastic and helpful everyone in the skischool is.
Thanks so much and I'll be in touch in a couple of weeks to reserve skischool for next Christmas!

I wanted to thank you for sorting out Dirk for us on our recent trip to Austria. He really was excellent and my son, Archie, made great progress (as did I).
In order to build on the experience we are now thinking of coming out to Kaprun at Easter for a long weekend and we will of course once again book through you. Great if we could get Dirk again.
I will let you know once we have finalized some dates.

We are at the final hours of our Christmas holiday in Kaprun and looking back the lessons my wife and kids received from your instructor Tim van Poppel have been a highlight.
I want to make a big compliment to Tim for his knowledge, patience and very pleasant company. It has been of a kind we haven't seen before, according to the feedback of my wife and kids. I came as a ski beginner that did not skied for 12 years, shamed of not knowing “how to” afraid of fast skiing and remembering my last hurtfull fall... Rilana explained me the technics so well that I was able to skii without my poles and without any wories after first two hours of her teaching!! I love skiing now. Also, she proved not only very professional but also caring approach when I got dizzy and almost lost consciousness. Dear Sirs,My company has just completed its first group tour for Winter-sports in Austria with 42 customers.The friendliness and total professionalism of Intersport Oberschneider has made it an easy decision for us to expand our operations in this region. Ralph and his team were kind enough to keep the shop open, due to our late arrival and fitted boots and skis for our whole group in just 45 minutes! This efficiency and fantastic organisation continued throughout the week, including the provision of ski storage on the Kitzsteinhorn, which was very convenient. On the last day of the holiday, Ralph was again extremely helpful in ensuring that the process of returning all the equipment was handled smoothly and quickly. All in all I would say we had a perfect experience and intend grow our partnership with Intersport Oberschneider. It is our aim to double the amount of business to this region each year for the next few years. Ralph was very enthusiastic and this meant that we were very keen to learn.I also thought his toys were useful too and the drills made a lot of sense. I feel my confidence and abilities increase each day .Ralph is an asset to your ski school and would like him to be my instructor next time., and of course winning the trophy was great! The snow conditions were brilliant too! In my opinion there is nothing that needs improving.
