Our two kids were in a group with Josephine and absolutely loved it. They had a great time and their ski skills improved markedly. Organisation was very smooth and it was easy to tack on a third day.

I took snowboarding lessons with Olof, and I’m incredibly grateful for the experience. Thank you so much, Olof, for teaching me how to carve properly, explaining and introducing me to the fundamentals of freestyle, and especially for the unforgettable off-piste adventures with breathtaking mountain views. He explains everything very clearly and in a structured way. After each run, he even records videos and does a detailed analysis, pointing out what needs improvement and how to progress. I was truly happy to learn from such a professional instructor. Highly recommended!

Afgelopen week hebben we met een groep van vier meiden les gehad bij Charlotte. We begonnen bij de basics, waarna we samen de Maiskogel op zijn gegaan. Het waren super fijne en gezellige lessen, waarbij Charlotte alle tijd en geduld had om ons de nodige tips te geven. Zeker een aanrader!
Ik heb 4 dagen privéles gehad van Charlotte die alles heel goed en duidelijk uitlegt. Ze neemt haar tijd en maakt er een leuke les van! Ik heb op korte tijd veel geleerd!

Hanneke worked absolute magic to match our daughter up with instructors who have fantastic experience working with children with special needs. Thank you! This year my daughter (aged 10) had Charlotte Potts and Anouk for advanced private instruction sessions. Both are totally amazing with children who are neurodivergent. They make the lessons fun and my daughter had no fear going (alone!) up into the mountains and on the glacier under their careful and experienced guidance. Thank you both for being utterly brilliant! We hope to see you both again next year, on our return to Kaprun.
Great private lesson with Charlotte, helped us improve from red to black in four hours. Less footpain, more technique and all in a friendly environment with plenty of room for jokes. Thanks Char! See you next time
Our 4 year old son had six days of group-ski lessons with Finette and absolutely loved it! She is a very enthusiastic and patient instructor who teaches young children in a fun and playful way. He learned a lot, gained confidence and looked forward to every lesson. Highly recommended!

This was my second year booking private ski lessons with Libbe (advanced level), and once again, the experience exceeded expectations. Libbe is an exceptional instructor—his expertise, passion for skiing, professionalism, and patience are truly outstanding. His great sense of humor and creative, signature exercises turn every lesson into a unique adventure. You never quite know where he will take you, up or down the mountain—and he will surprise you with what you are capable of achieving. My two nephews began their skiing journey last year, and this year they were fortunate to ski with Sieb. Thanks to his highly professional, caring, kind, and patient approach, they continued to progress while keeping their love for this beautiful sport. He made them feel completely at ease, and every evening they excitedly shared stories from the slopes while looking forward to their next ski school day. A big thank you as well to the fantastic team on the ground in Kaprun and at the Kitzsteinhorn station—especially Monika and Oliver—who truly set the standard for excellent customer service. It was very convenient to be able to leave rental gear at Kitzsteinhorn rather than having to carry them down to Kaprun town everyday. Friendly staff and well organised website for rental, lessons etc.
Onze kids hebben een fantastische week gehad bij deze skischool. Beide kids hebben het super gehad maar vooral heel veel lof voor de skileraar van onze jongste. Floris deed het super en maakte van een kindje wat niet wou en durfde een meisje die alleen maar wil skiën. Samen beleefde ze de mooiste avonturen echt super bedankt Floris!
Allegra was amazing at teaching my partner and two boys to ski. They went from zero to skiing in the space of a couple of days. She was so patient and incredible. Thank you so much Allegra!

Wir haben heute zu zweit einen Freeride-Privatkurs belegt und haben in den 3 Stunden bei unserem Skilehrer Daan eine Menge gelernt. Wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit, sind gefordert worden und haben viel mitgenommen. Vielen Dank dafür!
Wir hatten unsere Kinder (4 und 7 Jahre) zum ersten Mal in einer Skischule. Somit waren es die ersten Erfahrungen auf Skiern, mit allen Höhen und Tiefen 🤪🫣 Unsere Tochter war in einer Gruppe mit 8 Kindern und 2 👍🏼 Skilehrerinnen ELLA und ALLEGRA, diese waren so liebevoll und süß zu den Kleinen mit ganz ganz viel Geduld haben sie irgendwie immer wieder alle abgeholt, so dass am Ende alle ein super organisiertes Rennen fahren konnten und wirklich auch schon gute Kurven etc. Ebenfalls super toll war HANNAH, die die Gruppe der etwas älteren Kinder unterrichtete. Hier war unser Sohn dabei. Auch sie war ganz bewundernswert, mit wieviel Geduld sie die Gruppe unterrichtete. Am Ende waren auch hier alle sicher auf den Skiern und hochmotiviert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall beim nächsten Besuch wieder Kurse für unserer Kinder buchen. Insgesamt waren alle Mitarbeiter super nett und immer gut drauf! Danke für die tolle Betreuung ❤️

I had a lesson today with instructor Jeppe, and I am absolutely thrilled with the experience! Jeppe was highly professional, incredibly patient, and helped me tremendously with improving my skiing technique. He explained everything in a clear and supportive way, making the whole session both fun and productive. I felt much more confident on the slopes thanks to his guidance. I highly recommend Jeppe and this ski school to anyone looking to learn or refine their skills.

We had an amazing week in Kaprun - with some late snow. Booked some group ski lessons but as it was just the two of us they turned into private lessons. Our English instructor Alex was great! Fantastic knowledge of the mountain and local area as well as a brilliant instructor who got us skiing red runs in just three days! Would highly recommend him and the ski school, hiring was also easy right on the slope to maximimse time skiing and they responded to my email enquires very promptly, all in all a great week. Thanks to Alex and the team..we'll be back!
Best school and team ever! Booked private ski lessons for my kids (beginners, 4 and 6 years), their instructor Jeppe was so much fun, super patient and knowledgeable! 2 hours of laughter right through. We look forward to returning hopefully soon again! Thank you again Jeppe for making this experience a fun one! 😀
I had an amazing week learning to ski with my school, and our ski instructor Dennis was the most helpful kind person ever. He really helped us all improve in the week to do harder slopes than we thought we would be able to do. I would 100% come back and learn more from Dennis again - I've had so much fun.
Ons gezin heeft skiles gehad van Allart Frensel. Hij had voor ieder goede tips ondanks de verschillende niveaus in de groep. Zowel tijd voor technieklesjes als eens goed doorskiën; een zeer gemotiveerde skileraar, een echte aanrader. Wij hadden een supertijd tijdens de skiles. Dankjewel Allart!!
Wir hatten eine super Woche am Kitzsteinhorn. Lukas aus Dänemark ist ein super herzlicher Skilehrer. Unser Sohn hat nicht nur seine Skikunst sondern auch sein Englisch verbessert ;-). Immer wieder gerne!!!
This was our first time to visit Kitzsteinhorn and my daughter aged 12 (4th time skiing) was placed in a class with instructor Frederick. He was a great instructor for her - very patient and empathetic and she gained a lot of confidence from him and her skiing improved a lot. At the end of the week she fell and hurt her arm and Frederick got her off the piste and arranged emergency care for her and stayed with her until I arrived and then helped get her off the mountain. Thank you Frederick for all your help this week.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent ski lessons I received from Shanna Vlot at Skischule Kaprun Oberschneider. As someone with a lack of talent and moderate mobility skills, skiing initially seemed like a daunting challenge. However, thanks to Shanna's extraordinary patience and expert guidance, I not only managed to navigate the slopes but also achieved a deep sense of accomplishment. Shanna's ability to understand my limitations and put me at ease truly made the difference. Her patience knew no bounds, and she always struck the right balance between encouragement and correction. Wir haben für unseren Sohn Robin, 3 Jahre, erstmals einen Skikurs gebucht und waren sehr sehr happy mit dem Angebot der Skischule Oberschneider, vor allem Dank der besonders herzlichen und äußerst professionellen wie auch verantwortungsvollen Betreuung durch Merle! Wir hatten absolutes Vertrauen und unser Sohn wurde super betreut. Robins erste Skierfahrung war dadurch äußerst positiv und er ist motiviert weiterzumachen. Der Skikindergarten mit Merle war die perfekte Mischung aus Schnee und Spaß!! Vielen herzlichen Dank, liebe Merle! Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal :-))

Deze week 3 dagen les gehad van Pip en Greta. Twee superleuke meiden die weten waar ze het over hebben en dit ook heel goed kunnen overbrengen! Heel erg tevreden over de lessen 👍
Onze zonen van 7 en 11 jaar hebben de afgelopen week les gehad van Floor en Nynke. Fijne skischool met niet te grote klasjes. Erg fijn dat ze allebei een NL skilerares hadden. De jongens hebben het enorm naar hun zin gehad en weer veel geleerd afgelopen week. De communicatie verliep erg prettig, hierdoor wist je als ouders waar je aan toe was. Bedankt voor de fijne lessen Floor en Nynke.
Onze zoon Dani heeft zes dagen in de skiklas van Dennis gezeten. Dennis maakte meteen een groepsapp aan en dat was voor ons als ouders ontzettend fijn. Hij hield ons van belangrijke zaken op de hoogte. De kinderen voelden zich bij Dennis echt gezien en ze hebben veel geleerd. Dennis geeft de kinderen een veilig gevoel en dat is heel fijn. Dennis je bent een topper!

Skischule Kaprun Oberschneider is the best! We’ve been booking our gear and lessons with them for years. Their service, the friendly faces and the speed with which they work always makes our holiday extra special. My daughter and her friends had the best week with their instructor Lucas from Sweden (thank you Lucas. Very impressed how you handled this group of girls!). Made our ski-break even more fun and relaxing! Hope to see you next year.
Onze zoon had 3 dagen les van Floor van Heteren; een geweldige docente die oog heeft voor behoeften van ieder kind in haar groep. Ze is bovendien geduldig, deskundig, altijd vrolijk en behulpzaam, ook naar de ouders. Julius gaat vol vertrouwen alle pistes af. Top! Onze andere zoon had les van Sieb: wat een feestje was dat! Gezellige lessen, veel humor en in 3 dagen zoveel geleerd! Hij kan nu met ons de berg af, wat geweldig. Dé beste skischool in Kaprun met geweldige service van alle medewerkers. Bedankt en tot de volgende keer!
Our children had a two hour private lesson from Allegra yesterday and she was great! Very patient and enthusiastic and the kids learned a lot from her.
Top skischool in Kaprun! Alles was top geregeld (ondanks de grote drukte tijdens de schoolvakantie) en meester Dennis maakte er één groot feest van. Communicatie was perfect, lessen waren goed en onze zoon wilde nooit meer naar huis. Skishule Kaprun en Meester Dennis bedankt voor de geweldige week!
Mijn 2 dochters (9) en (7), hebben de afgelopen 3 dagen skiles gekregen van skileraar Dennis. Ze vonden de lesdagen super. Ze voelden zich op hun gemak, de lesdagen waren afwisselend en ze hebben weer echt wat bijgeleerd. Ook het contact met de ouders vanuit Dennis vond ik heel prettig: betrouwbaar, duidelijke communicatie en tegelijk flexibel waar mogelijk. Super bedankt Dennis, vanuit beide meiden en vanuit mij. Top gedaan!
Drie halve dagen les gekregen van Libbe. Ondanks de enorme drukte op de piste, lukte het toch om rustige plekken te vinden om oefeningen te doen. Veel geleerd. Aansluitend een ochtend privé les van Dennis gekregen. Best spannend, alleen les, maar het was super! Het was het geld dubbel en dwars waard. Echt een sprong vooruit gemaakt, vertrouwen gekregen en het was ook nog heel gezellig. Libbe en Dennis, dank je wel!
Was super goed geregeld wat betreft communicatie op voorhand. Fijn om een Nederlandse leraar te hebben, die ook nog eens fanatiek en gedreven is! Veel geleerd wat betreft techniek en leuke oefeningen voor mijn dochter van 9! Thumbs up Dennis Mühlbacher!
Min datter og jeg har i dag haft fornøjelsen af to timers privatundervisning af Jeppe Sivertsen, det var en fornøjelse! To helt ny begyndere der trygt og godt kom godt i gang på ski. Jeppe var rigtig dygtig og rar, super god til min 6-årige, helt fremragende undervisning, og absolut alle pengene værd!

Dennis heeft onze groep beginnende skiërs in 2 korte lessen een goede basis aangeleerd waarna we allemaal de blauwe pistes af konden! Heldere uitleg, veel verschillende oefeningen om de techniek aan te leren en ook aangepast aan ieders niveau. Deze super gezellige lessen van Dennis zijn zeker een aanrader!

I was very happy with the private lessons I booked. My ski instructor Lukas Heinemaan was great. As a beginner, I learnt a lot and was able to make a lot of progress. Lukas is patient, knowledgeable and has excellent tips !! Thanks to Lukas , I feel more confident on the slopes. I would highly recommend him as an instructor.

Lucas was a great teacher, very patient with me and pushed me forward in the right moments. Felt comfortable and safe the entire time on the mountain with him. My skiing went from advanced beginner to solid intermediate, starting in the kids slope and advancing to feeling comfortable on moderate red runs. Highly recommended and would book again when I am in area

Second time taking lessons here. Last year we had a great time and massive technique improvement with Jay (we are a beginner/intermediate couple). This year we had an early bird lesson with Dennis to help us get back on track in the first skiing day this year. And again only positive experience. During this short lesson Dennis helped us a lot in terms of of highlighting typical mistakes we were making and demonstrated the drills to overcome them and improve our technique which we were practicing the remaining day. We could definitely see the progress at the end of the day already. Big thanks to the great instructors!
Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in Kaprun, Kirzsteinhorn verbracht. Wir hatten zu fünft einen Familienkurs gebucht. Wir waren alle Anfänger trotzdem hat unser Skilehrer Dennis mit sehr viel Geduld alle Fragen beantwortet und uns die Technik anhand von verschiedenen Übungen gezeigt. Die Zeit ist wie im Flug vergangen und wir bedanken uns sehr für den tollen Tag!
Michelle Mathot was de lerares van onze skiklas van collega’s in Kaprun. Nog niet eerder op wintersport zo’n fijne en leerzame les gehad. Dank daarvoor!
My father and I had a wonderful lesson with Dennis from Skischule Kuprun this morning. In our short time together he taught us a lot and made sure we had a great time too. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to improve their ski technique.

Ganz toller Tag mit der Skischule Kaprun Oberschneider. Der Skilehrer (Dennis Mühlenbacher) hat ein tollen Job gemacht. Kann das gelernte gut für weitere Urlaube verwenden.
Voor Jeppe geef ik 5 sterren bedankt voor de fijne prive skilessen. Verder veel onduidelijkheid over waar de spullen op te halen ski dome 1 vs 2 en ook bij het inleveren weinig klantvriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van de medewerkers.
Snowboard privéles gehad van Stein, echt een topper! Ziet precies aan je wat de aandachtspunten zijn en neemt je in het begin mee naar pistes van het juiste niveau om te werken aan deze punten. Daarna pistes op gegaan die wat meer uitdagend zijn maar nog wel comfortabel, mega leerzaam! Verder fijn en gezellig als persoon, de les is zelfs nog wat langer door gegaan. Dikke aanrader!
De skischool is echt een aanrader. Onze kinderen van 4 en 6 hadden les van Pip, een enorme leuke meid. Lief voor de kinderen en met veel leuke spelletjes leerden de kinderen met 3 dagen al goed skiën. Volgend jaar weer!

De skilessen van Sieb zijn een aanrader. Zijn duidelijke en beheerste aanpak maakte de lessen plezierig, en hij gaf persoonlijke tips aan iedereen!
Onze kinderen hebben 3 dagen privé les gehad van Patrick. Ze vonden het geweldig. Patrick heeft ze lekker op sleeptouw genomen en ze ondertussen flink bijgeschaafd op hun ski techniek. Aangezien ze 5 uur per dag les hadden at Patrick ook met ons mee. Bijna onderdeel van de familie zullen we maar zeggen ;-). Als je kinderen al "goed" kunnen skiën is dit een goed alternatief ten opzichte van een ski klasje. Ze hebben hier echt de aandacht terwijl het klasje toch echt vaak wachten is en ze daar minder aandacht kunnen krijgen.
Für mich ging es heute das erste mal so richtig auf die Piste 😊 Ich bin also „Ski-Neuling“ und habe mir deswegen 5 Stunden Privatunterricht gegönnt. Was soll ich sagen, es war super! Mein Skilehrer Kristof hat das so so super gemacht und mir wirklich viel Wissen vermittelt und was noch viel wichtiger ist mir die Angst genommen. Wir sind sogar zweimal eine rote Piste gefahren. Zu jeder Zeit habe ich mich wohl gefühlt und auch als Neuling (der sich teilweise vielleicht auch echt doof angestellt hat) ernst genommen gefühlt. Ich kann es jedem wirklich nur empfehlen 😊 Froh bin ich auch darüber mich gegen einen Gruppenkurs entschieden zu haben. So konnten wir wirklich individuell auf meine Schwächen eingehen.
Super Gut ,ich hatte Kristof und Viola und und den anderen aus der Schule hat es auch gefallen.
Ich hatte einen tollen Tag am Kitzsteinhorn und dank Skilehrerin Viola, aus der Skischule Oberschneider, wieder richtig Spaß am Skifahren. Tausend Dank!
Unser 7-jähriger Sohn wurde 4 Tage von Felice unterrichtet im Kurs und hatte so viel Spass und freute sich jeden Tag auf Felice. Parallel dazu wurden wir Eltern von Philip unterrichtet und er hat mir komplett die Angst nehmen können, sodass ich mir mehr zutrauen konnte, als ich mir vorher vorstellen konnte. Beide sind sehr gute Skilehrer und Philip sehr gut für Angstpatienten wie mich und immer aufgeschlossen für Fragen und er erklärte sehr freundlich und sehr leicht verständlich. Super Kommunikation und beste Rücksichtnahme. Wir können sowohl Felice als auch Philip mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würden beide immer wieder buchen.

Wir hatten letzte Woche einen 2-Tages Familien Kurs mit Viola in Kaprun. Sie war mega freundlich, sehr kompetent und super professionell. Vielen Dank Viola für alle deine wertvollen Tipps!
Anouk Takkenkamp was onze familie skilerares. (4 dagen 5 uur per dag). We waren met 7 kinderen die kregen les op hun eigen niveau. Het eerste uur 2 kinderen van 3 en 4 (zonder ski ervaring). Daarna 2 uur 2 kinderen van 5 en 6 (met 1 jaar ski ervaring). Na de lunch 2 uur voor 3 kinderen van 9 en 11 jaar (met meerdere jaren ski ervaring). Dit plan hadden we vooraf met Tom en Bas van de skischool bedacht en werd super uitgevoerd door Anouk. De kleinste kregen les bij de lechnerberg en de kinderen met 1 jaar ervaring eerst op de lechnerberg en gingen na 2 dagen naar de maiskogel. De meest ervaren kinderen kregen les op de maiskogel en op de gletsjer. De kinderen waren dol op Anouk. Dankjewel Anouk.
Ich hatte eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit der Ski Schule gemacht, alles von Verleih von Ausrüstung bis zu den eigentlichen Ski Stunden von mir und meinen Kindern war sehr gut strukturiert und organisiert. Insbesondere möchte ich hier meinen Ski Lehrer Kristof erwähnen, der maßgebend zum Erfolg dieser Reise beigetragen hat. In einigen Tagen hat Kristof mich, eine Anfängerin mit Ambitionen, auf ein Level gebracht, wo ich entspannt jegliche Pisten angehen konnte, mit der Technik, an der er mit mir strukturiert gearbeitet hat. Kristof war sehr SEHR geduldig und kaum aus der Ruhe zu bringen, wusste aber wann er mich herausfordern könnte etwas mehr zu wagen, ohne dass es stressig wurde. Ich würde Kristof jederzeit bedingungslos weiterempfehlen. Meine Kinder haben auch das Vergnügen gehabt etwas Zeit mit ihm zu verbringen und kamen motiviert und mit besseren Fähigkeiten zurück. Kristof is zudem ein angenehmer Gesprächspartner, was bei den längeren Liftfahrten auch nicht unwichtig ist. Vielen Dank für die rundherum tolle Erfahrung.

Dennis was a great ski instructor! He could explain very clearly and was patient and friendly. I made a lot of progress just in three lessons (from clumsy pizza to basic parallel skiing) . I definitely recommend!

Second time lessons at this skischool and again great experience. Andrei was best in class teacher: good connection with our daughters, clear explanation in English, adaptive to the level of our teenage daughters while motivating them to learn new things and giving them confidence to go from the Black Mamba. Next time we’re in Kaprun, definitely we’ll book our lessons at Skischule Oberschneider!
Het was super leuk ik doe dit nu voor mijn derde jaar bij Naomi echt super leuk en wordt goed geluisterd en echt super leuk heel blij ermee en alle leraren zijn net zo aardig als Naomi ❤️
Drie dagen les gehad van Dennis. Keurige heldere instructies en heel ontspannen. Dennis was vriendelijk, duidelijk en paste zijn eigen schema aan, zodat we 's ochtends eerst de kinderen naar skiles konden brengen. Volgend jaar weer!

Net drie dagen skiles gehad van Coco. Voor de beginnende skiër zoals ons neemt ze alle tijd en helpt ze je goed op weg met de eerste meters op de piste. Echt veel aan de lessen gehad!
Vandaag 2 januari 2024 een privé lesje gehad van Dennis. Hij heeft me geleerd nog meer de puntjes op de i te zetten. Alles ging heel ontspannen. Hij gaf duidelijk uitleg en deed het allemaal goed voor. Ik heb echt het gevoel dat ik een stap verder ben in mijn kunnen en heb wat meer vertrouwen in mezelf. Hij is zeker een aanrader! Nogmaals bedankt, Dennis! 👍🏻

Unsere Tochter war in der Skischule bei Luna und unser Sohn in der Snowboardschule bei Peter und die beiden waren begeistert! Tolle Lehrer, wir haben uns bereits für das nächste Jahr angekündigt 😊

Dennis was the ski-teacher of our son (7 yrs) for a 2 hour private lesson. Very communicative and patient to learn our son to go cornering in parallel. We recommend Dennis and this ski-school

Excellent ski school, ideally situated on the Kaprun ski domain. You can combine the ski rental with the lesson booking. The ski instructor, Kristof, gave private lesson to my 2 daughters. He was very patient , flexible, and helped them progress. Thanks a lot Kristof .
Unsere Familie hat eine wunderschöne Ski-Woche in Kaprun und am Kitzsteinhorn verbracht. Dies verdanken wir vor allem unserem wunderbaren Skilehrer Dennis (Mühlenbacher), der unser bisheriges Ski-Level mit viel Geduld, einem schier unerschöpflichen Repertoire an Übungen und keinerlei Sparsamkeit an Komplimenten in dieser Woche sehr verbessert hat und zudem zu einem Freund geworden ist. Wir wurden stets mit einem freundlichen Lächeln begrüßt und auf alle Fragen und Bitten ist er ohne Probleme eingegangen. Seine Deutsch-Kentnisse hätten für unser Training vollkommen ausgereicht, da wir aber ja in einer englischsprachigen Welt leben, haben wir fröhlich zwischen den Sprachen gewechselt, was für unser Familientraining überhaupt nicht hinderlich war. Wir planen bereits unser Wiederkommen und werden Dennis dann natürlich wieder kontaktieren, aber wir sind von allen Skilehrern stets so freundlich angelächelt worden, dass ich glaube, dass auch sie einen super Job machen. Wir kommen wieder👍. ——————— Our family had a wonderful skiing week in Kaprun and the Kitzsteinhorn big thanks to our wonderful ski instructor Dennis (Mühlenbacher). With his unbelievable patience, his neverending training ideas and all the compliments he made us all the time he improved our skiing skills a lot and became a friend too. He always greeted us with a very welcoming smile and he answered all our questions and wantings without problems. His german language knowing would habe been totally enough for the skiing lessons but though we live in an englisch speaking world we ended up speaking both, English and German, which was funny and not at all a problem in our family lessons. We are already planning to come back in March and we are definitely going to contact Dennis again to be our ski instructor, but because every ski instructor smiled at us very friendly this week, I‘m sure they are all doing a great job. We are coming back👍.
We took 3 hours of lessons with Charlotte Pott twice, and it was great! She absolutely listened to what we needed and gave us excellent exercises to improve quickly while adapting to our pace. she is awesome ! the store staff were also very welcoming, helpful and professional

Our boys (11 and 14) had a great week skiing with Dennis. Pre season so they got a great deal and made significant progress. Dennis was well able to handle our squabbling offspring and the classes were a good mix of fun and learning. Recommend!
The school is fantastic from the first moment when met Tom till the goodbye hug with our trainer Olivia. My daughter had unforgettable time with her trainer Olivia, who is so good with kids and has incredible teaching approach. My daughter enjoyed a lot and improved dramatically. We would definitely like to return next snow season with Olivia!
Tolle Skischule mit supernetten Mitarbeitern! Mein Sohn und ich hatten 4 Tage lang privaten Snowboard Unterricht bei Jay und es war klasse. Jay ist ein sehr engagierter, umsichtiger und professioneller Lehrer, es war super anstrengend, aber wir haben viel gelernt und hatten Spaß! Danke! Ebenfalls zu erwähnen sind die wirklich netten Mitarbeiter im Ski Dome II !
Wir hatten ein Skidepot für 3 Personen im Skidome. Es hat alles super geklappt. Nur die etwas längere Wartezeit bei der Ausgabe und wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten zum anziehen der Skischuhe würde ich bemängeln. Das Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit trotz des großen Andrang. Meine Ski wurden sogar umsonst gewachst. Bei meiner Tocher an einem anderen Tag auch. Nachdem die Bindung etwas locker bei meiner Tochter war...wurde auch hier alles umsonst neu eingestellt.. so ein Service...top. Auch der Skikurs für meine Tochter hat gut geklappt...obwohl wir am 1. Tag sehr knapp von der Zeit waren, haben uns die Skilehrer erstmals beruhigt... man sollte durchatmen und den Urlaub genießen. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Meine Tochter hat auch jeden Tag eine kleine Süßigkeit vom Team bekommen. Ich kann nur nochmals betonen... es war sehr viel los...trotzdem hat man sich Zeit genommen... Wir kommen wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit im Skidome.
Wir hatten 2,5 Tage Familien Ski Schule bei Alex. Er hat sich prima um uns 4 gekümmert. 12,17, 51 und 55 Jahre alt, alle Anfänger oder mit 15 Jahren Pause 😉. Alex hat es geschafft uns alle in kurzer Zeit Pisten tauglich zu machen. Wir hatten alle Spaß und jeder wurde individuell gefordert und gefördert. Das Wetter war die ersten Tage nicht grade so das man breite Pisten sehen konnte aber Alex hat uns viele Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt . Wir sagen herzlichen Dank und können Alex und seine Fähigkeiten nur weiter empfehlen, es war super 👍
Ich hatte heute zwei Privatstunden bei Alex. Danke für die tollen Stunden, ich stand das zweite mal auf Ski und habe super viel von ihm lernen können! Alex kann super gut erklären und gibt einem ein sehr sicheres Gefühl beim Fahren. Vielen Dank dafür!! :)
Alex is number 1. Great instructor and very friendly. Highly recommended. In 2 seasons he learned us all the fundamentals and more always taking care of the details. Above all this he is very funny and amazing with kids. See you soon. Definitely we come back.
I booked family lessons for my daughters and me. We had a great time! Alex was a wonderful teacher. Patient, very skilled, and he always thought of great exercises for improving our skills. He challenged us while giving positive feedback and nice tips which we could put into practice immediately. I fully recommend this ski school and Alex in particular.
Afgelopen week hadden wij hier lessen geboekt voor 5 dagen en dat was het zeker waard! We kregen les van Alex die ons heel goed geholpen heeft! Hij gaf goede, professionele en duidelijke uitleg, hij was rustig en geduldig en je kon altijd vragen stellen! Ik heb afgelopen week dus enorm genoten en veel geleerd, aan het eind van de week is het zelfs gelukt van de zwarte piste af te gaan! Enorm aan te raden dus!
Wat een super ski school! Zowel voor onze kinderen met ski lerares Eline (Nederlands) als voor volwassenen met ski lerares Zoë. Enorm lief, behulpzaam, flexibel en zeer kundig. Zou deze ski school iedereen aanbevelen!
I had such a lovely Coach. At maximum we were 6 people in one course, but only for the first day, afterwards we were 3-4 people. We booked a 3 day course for skiing. That was a very good decision for the first time skiing. Our Coach James did an Amazing Job. It was funny and he had allways everyone in the group in mind so everyone had fun and all of us got better to the best of our abilities at that specific moment. It was a Perfect base for the rest of the week skiing on our own. So 5 Stars, because i have nothing to complain about. Thanks James for such good Coaching.
My 8 year old daughter & I had a half day lesson with Alex & he was a fantastic teacher. My daughter who had never been skiing prior, was out on the mountains the very next day doing red runs. The quality of the lessons was amazing & I couldn't recommend highly enough. We will be booking lessons for return trips to brush up on our technique
We hired a personal trainer Allegra and she was brilliant. She trained my 2 year son with whom she was very calm & patient. She also taught me to ski, she was very organised, taught me the basics and only started to ski once I was comfortable with basic. At the end I was able to ski comfortable on my own. All thanks to her. Highly recommend her.

Alex is een geweldige leraar! Technisch is hij goed onderlegd om de betere skiërs onder ons veel te leren, maar ook voor mij was hij super. Sinds mijn 12e niet meer op ski’s gestaan en na 20 jaar gaf hij mij het vertrouwen om van zwart af te gaan. Alex is geduldig en vrolijk en als een bepaalde oefening je niet goed ligt, verzint hij zo 5 andere manieren om het je aan te leren. Bij een volgende skivakantie Kaprun zal ik zeker weer om privéles van Alex vragen.
We visited Zell am See with 27 children from our school in Crosby - St Mary’s Preparatory School. Our instructors KARL, KARLA and ANNEMIJN were outstanding from the beginning! They showed incredible patience with our children and delivered high quality ski lessons. They helped all of our students make progress regardless of their ability and showed kindness to those who needed a little more support! Most importantly our children were safe and had an amazing experience! Thank you very much from St Mary’s Prep! We will be using your service again next year for sure!
Da unser Sohn (6) letztes Jahr bereits einen 1-wöchigen Skikurs gemacht hat und entsprechend die Basics beherrscht und sich sicher fühlt haben wir dieses Jahr für ihn das Paket 6 Tage Verleih und 4 Tage Kurs gebucht. Das einzige, was für ihn komplett neue und unbekannt war, war der Teller- bzw. Schlepplift. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Am ersten Kurstag haben wir uns mit Elvira am Skischulhang Lechnerberg getroffen. Dort hat unser Sohn dann eine "Probefahrt" absolviert und wurde von Elvira direkt einer Gruppe zugeordnet, mit der er am Vormittag noch auf dem Anfängergelände das Liftfahren üben sollte. Was soll ich sagen, nach gut 2h ist er Lift gefahren, als hätte er niemals was anderes gemacht. Ab dem Nachmittag konnte er dann auch direkt in die fortgeschrittenen Gruppe wechseln, die bereits am Maiskogel unterwegs war. Die Gruppe bestand aus 6 Kindern zusammen mit Astrid. Unser Sohn war immer happy und hatte großen Spaß. Für uns hat alles wunderbar gepasst, die Organisation und das Abschätzen der Fähigkeiten der Kinder durch die Skilehrer:innen. Es gab immer Ansprechpartner:innen, wenn etwas nicht gepasst hat. Wir werden es nächstes Jahr wieder so machen.
Nach einigen sehr guten Erfahrungen mit Kinder- und Erwachsenenkursen der Skischule Oberschneider hatten wir uns in diesem Jahr für einen vierstündigen Familienkurs entschieden. Unser Skilehrer Alex hat dabei unsere Erwartungen an den Kurs weit übertroffen. Obwohl unser Können sehr unterschiedlich war, hat er sich super und sehr individuell auf uns alle eingestellt. Mit viel Geduld und Verständnis hat er uns tolle praktische Tipps und Hinweise gegeben, so dass wir uns am Ende des Tages alle deutlich verbessert hatten. Alex ist wirklich supernett und der Tag hat sowohl uns Erwachsenen als auch den Kindern viel Spaß gemacht! Mit unserem Sohn hat er am Ende noch eine Rennabfahrt gemacht, die für ihn richtig beeindruckend war. Wir möchten die Skischule und besonders Alex als Skilehrer auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!
Just back from a fantastic few days in Zell Am See, I am/was a complete novice skier, and somewhat apprehensive prior to going but pleased to say we were assigned an absolute star of an instructor in Alex Traherne, I cannot speak highly enough about this guy, extremely professional, proficient and patient, nothing too much trouble (even picking us up in his own car when we missed our bus stop!) the lessons were first class and delivered in a very informative and relaxed friendly manner. Other members of our group had instructors Allegra and Jonas as there instructors and the feedback was very similar so I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending @skischule Oberschneider Kaprun 👍👍
Cannot recommend more highly. Our guide Allegra was fantastic and made our time very enjoyable and relaxing. We also used 2 other guides who were brilliant Jonas and Alex. Great time, great school and Great place !!
Just hosted a customer trip to the Zell am See and had a range of learners, improvers and advanced skiers. Can’t say enough good things about @Skischule Kaprun’s Alex, Jonas and Allegra, fantastic instructors, great company and delivered a very professional and personal package. Would fully recommend these 3 instructors to anyone.
Allegra was an amazing family instructor for ourselves and our kids aged 4, 6 & 7. Everyone was skiing after the first day and we mixed up group and individual lessons during the week.

Privéles gehad van Lotte, enorm veel geleerd. 1e keer op ski's en al een aantal blauwe pistes gehad. Ze gaf goed les, had geduld en gaf duidelijke uitleg! Een echte aanrader!
I had private ski lessons with Alex T., who was just marvellous. His instructions were clear and practical, while he was also very focused on details and technique (I really appreciated that as I am not a first-time skier). He kept me busy during 2-3 hours on the slope and I enjoyed every minute of the course!

Our son Len (8 years old), had 4 days of lessons from Lukas this week. He had never had ski lessons before and both he and we as parents found it quite exciting. However, there was no need for this because everything is very well organised and all the ski teachers keep a close eye on the children. After the first day, he enjoyed it so much that he couldn't wait to go the other days. Lukas is very enthusiastic but also patient with the children, making them confident and happy on the skis. Len was super proud that after a few lessons he could even ski down the Maiskogel! Lukas you are great! Thanks for the great lessons and the good foundation you taught Len.
Na wat zoeken naar een passend groepje is Tess bij Lukas in het klasje gekomen. Lukas is een hele rustige en lieve leraar die goed omgaat met kinderen die even het vertrouwen kwijt zijn. Nooit gedacht dat Tess deze vakantie de maiskogel af zou skiën maar met Lukas toch gelukt💪🏻 Wij zijn super trots op beide😉
De kinderen hebben als leraar Alexander gehad. De kinderen hebben echt een top week gehad en heel veel geleerd. Super hoe hij met de kinderen omgaat. Je laat ze met een gerust hart bij hem achter voor een heerlijke dag skiën!
Skikurs für unsere Tochter 9, Anfänger bestens organisiert. Mads ist ein toller Skifahrer, dank ihm hat unserer Tochter das Skifahren viel Spaß gemacht und nach 6 Tagen fährt sie problemlos blaue und rote Pisten. 5 Sterne und danke Mads!!!
Top ski school! De skileraren zijn allemaal heel erg lief en geduldig. Onze kinderen hebben tot nu toe 3 keer les gehad bij deze ski school (1 keer privé en 2 keer een klasje) en steeds Nederlands sprekende ski leraren gehad, wat ze zelf erg fijn vonden. Afgelopen week kregen ze les van Susan. Online kun je een aanbieding boeken van 6 dagen les, waarbij je betaalt voor 4 dagen. Aanrader!
3 dagen les gehad van Alex. Heel geduldig en rustig aan werken aan de techniek. Wij hebben weer kunnen oefenen en meer geleerd waardoor we toch een paar afdalingen hebben kunnen maken.
Drie dag les gehad van Alex. Goede en enthousiaste leraar. Doet serieus zijn best om je beter te maken!

We really enjoed ours two days personal lessons with Susan! Yes it wasn't enough to start skiing well, but the hardest part of skiing basics are learnt and we are ready to improve further. Susan was very friendly, helpful and patient with us. Thanks for wonderful weekend!
Arrived first time in Kaprun, booked two days with Allegra. It was one of the best experiences I had as skiing novice. Had an excellent time training under my instructor Patrick from skischool Oberschneider . In 4 lessons I was able to able to learn all the basic’s from him and was easily skiing on the blue slopes . He was gentle mindful and warm and highly Recommend him as a instructor

Wow. Super happy with Skischule Kaprun Oberschneider. Our 2 children spent 8 days honing their skills on the Kitzsteinhorn. They really loved their instructor Allegra (from Australia), who took them all over the mountain, and provided us good debriefs at the end of each day. My children have improved in their skiing skills immensely! We are return customers, as our children first learnt to ski with Skischule Kaprun Oberschneider last season as well.
Wir hatten online für unsere Kinder gebucht, am Morgen des Kursbeginn mussten wir aufgrund Krankheit absagen, wir haben problemlos die ausgeliehene Ausrüstung zurück geben können und für beide Kinder das Geld komplett zurück erhalten, dabei waren alle sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll, lieben Dank dass es so gut geklappt hat. Hoffentlich können unsere Kids im nächsten Jahr dann starten
We want to thank teacher Christian for giving our little 4 year old girl the best time!!! She is still talking about the lessons and perfectly learned the basics. The kinderland and small slope at the lechnerberg are perfect for beginners. We cant wait to come back!
Unser 3 jähriger Sohn hatte hier sowohl Privatkurs als auch Bambinikurs besucht. Sehr nette Lehrer mit viel Erfahrung mit den Kleinen. Unser Sohn hatte direkt beim Einsteigen viel Spaß und davon hatten wir über die Tage eine ganze Menge. Vielen Dank an Schorsch und Bram für die tolle Zeit.

Heidi's lessons were brilliant, and I made more progress than I had in the previous year. It was great that she started with the basics, how to strap in properly, how to stand up, and then gentle revision of edging. She was very encouraging and kept my spirits up when I got things wrong and she is incredibly patient. Thanks to Heidi I feel like I am snowboarding properly for the first time and absolutely loving it. By practising the things she showed me like standing tall when turn, I am now linking turns on steeper slopes than before and able to switch from edge to edge more quickly for smaller, shorter turns. 5 out of 5 stars.
Heidi was the snowboarding private teacher for 2 of our children (13 and 11 years old) for 2 days. She is a young friendly and knowledgable teacher. She has managed to teach them a lot in 2 days. The 13 year old was able to go by himself after half of day training and the daughter at the end of second day. We would highly recommend Heidi from kinderskischule oberschneider for private snowboarding lessons.
The lessons I have done have been an amazing experience and I have had a great coach Heidi, it's been incredible and hope to come back soon.
Die ski Schule ist gut. Man lernt viel. Vorallem wenn Mann Snowboard fahren will sollte man zur Heidi gehen.

Ski in – ski out right in the middle of the Kitzsteinhorn. With the Kitzsteinhorn Ski School and the heated Glacier Depot in Ski Dome II at Langwiedboden, this is exactly possible. Whether skis, snowboard, boots, or helmet: you can "park" everything directly at the glacier. In the morning, take the Gletscherjet 1 directly to Ski Dome II. Your equipment will already be ready for you. Step into your warm, dry boots and grab your skis or snowboard. In the evening, return everything and take the Gletscherjet directly back to the valley station. When you rent Premium or Superior equipment, the Glacier Depot is always included for free:

Cancellations are possible up to 30 days before the course starts. A processing fee of €20 applies. For later cancellations, a partial refund will be issued. In case of illness, a full refund minus the processing fee will be granted upon presentation of a medical certificate.
The ski pass is not included in the course price. However, children under the age of 6 receive free ski passes from the lift company.

Yes! Children aged 3 and above are very welcome at BOBO’s Kindergarten – available as half-day or full-day programs with loving and professional care. From the age of 4, children move on to the Kids Club.

No, a ski pass is not required for the Lechnerberg meeting point.
For all other meeting points, a valid ski pass is required.
Yes, our international team includes instructors from over 14 nations. We offer lessons in multiple languages – simply let us know your preferred language when booking.
From December 21 to March 8, all meeting points are active. Before and after this period, courses take place on the glacier (Ski Dome 2). For beginners, we recommend the Lechnerberg meeting point. Advanced skiers are best suited to the meeting points at the Maiskogel or the Kitzsteinhorn.
On the 15th of April I’ve had a private 2 hours long lesson with a wonderful English instructor named Jim. I’m an advanced skier but I’m totally out of touch with today’s way of skiing as I’ve learned how to ski in the 70’s and haven’t skied since. Jim took one look at my skiing and started to show me how to improve. We’ve practiced for 2 hours and by the end of the lesson I really felt the difference. I was able to use the architecture of new generation skis, my upper body gotten quite under Jim’s watchful eye. He was patient and clear with his instructions, easy to get along with a great personality to match. Jim gave me the foundations on which I could build a better quality skiing. And indeed I did. For the remainder of the day I practiced everything Jim told me and my skiing really improved. Thank you, Jim
