Ski Rental Kaprun & Kitzsteinhorn

Yes. Ski helmets are available at the Ski Dome ski rental from approx. €5–8 per day.
For children, helmets are already included in many rental packages. 

We kindly ask for your understanding that in case of cancellation, a processing fee of €20.00 will be charged. Please send us an email with your name and IBAN to [email protected].

If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of the course, we will refund the full amount minus the processing fee. If you cancel less than 30 days before the start, only a partial refund can be issued.

The following conditions apply:

30–15 days before start …………… 50% refund
14–08 days before start …………… 30% refund
07–00 days before start …………… 10% refund

If you need to cancel for medical reasons, please provide a medical certificate. In this case, the full amount minus the processing fee will be refunded.

For beginner children, shorter skis are usually sufficient – typically reaching up to chest height. Our experts at the Kaprun ski rental adjust the ski length individually based on age, height and skill level.

Ski boots can be rented at the Ski Dome rental from approx. €10–15 per day. They are perfectly fitted and disinfected to ensure maximum comfort and safety.

At the Kaprun ski rental, modern adult skis start from approx. €35 per day. When renting for 7 days, one day is free, and with online booking you save up to 10% extra.
Children up to the age of 10 rent for free when both parents rent with us. Teenagers up to 14 years receive a 50% discount.

A complete set including skis, poles, boots and helmet is available as a package from around €52 per day. Families benefit from special rates and free rental for children up to 10 years (when adults rent equipment).

Yes, you can rent skis only if you already have your own boots. The “Kids Rent for Free” family offer generally works as follows: children up to the age of 10 can rent their equipment free of charge when accompanied by two adults who both rent their own equipment from the ski rental.
