What can you expect at Freeride Monday?
The day starts with a meeting at the Kaprun ski school, where you get to know your guide and the other participants. After a short safety briefing and equipment check, it’s off into the powder! The guides will take you to the best spots, off the beaten track, where you can experience the incomparable feeling of deep snow. You will not only learn new techniques, but also how to enjoy nature respectfully and safely.

- Meeting point: Kaprun ski school
- Equipment: Make sure you have suitable freeride equipment (e.g. wider skis or a snowboard with good flotation in deep snow). Safety equipment such as avalanche transceiver, shovel and probe is recommended and can be rented if required.
- Prerequisites: Good skiing or snowboarding skills on red and black slopes.
